How do the rental periods work?

Choose your pickup and return dates for a daily rental. The calendar shows the rental period before you continue to checkout. Multi-day discounts are 10% for 3+ days and 15% for 7+ days.

When is my card charged?

Checkout authorizes the rental amount, any selected hitch add-on, and a $100 deposit. The payment is captured when the owner approves your booking. Deposit refunds depend on the rental terms and return condition.

Can I stop by without an appointment?

No. We are open 24 hours by appointment only. Book first and wait for your pickup time to be confirmed. Call 503-586-3098 if you need help arranging your pickup.
