No special license is required for our trailers in Oregon. A standard Class C driver's license is sufficient for all three trailers we offer. You will need to ensure your vehicle has the appropriate hitch and towing capacity — see each trailer card for specific requirements.

The 5×8 Utility Trailer requires a 1⅞" or 2" ball on a Class I or II hitch (1,000 lb tongue weight). The 7×18 Flatbed Car Hauler requires a 2" ball on a Class III hitch (3,500 lb towing capacity). The 8.5×20 Car Hauler requires a 2-5/16" ball on a Class IV or V hitch (8,000 lb towing capacity). If you are unsure, call us before booking.

Yes! We offer a hitch rental add-on for $10 — just check the box during checkout and we will have one ready for you at pickup. The hitch is compatible with the 5×8 Utility Trailer and the 7×18 Flatbed Car Hauler (2" ball). The 8.5×20 Car Hauler requires a 2-5/16" ball, which is less common — if you are unsure whether your vehicle's hitch is compatible, give us a call before booking and we can help you figure it out.

The car hauler does not include winch use by default, but you can add it for just $5 at checkout. Simply check the "Winch Use" box when booking and we will have it set up and ready for you at pickup. The electric winch makes loading disabled or non-running vehicles much easier — highly recommended if you are hauling a car that cannot be driven onto the deck under its own power.

We ask that you contact us as soon as you know you will be late. If the trailer is not reserved by another customer, we can often accommodate a same-day extension at the daily rate. Unannounced late returns may incur an additional day charge.

No — there is no mileage limit on any of our trailers. You are free to tow within Oregon and neighboring states. For trips outside the Pacific Northwest, please give us a heads-up so we can note it on your booking.

Most full-size pickup trucks and SUVs can tow all three trailers. Many mid-size SUVs and cars can handle the 5×8 utility trailer. Check your vehicle's tow rating in the owner's manual or door jamb sticker. We are happy to help you figure out compatibility — just call or text.

When you book online, we place a hold on your card (no money moves yet). We review your request and either approve or decline it within a few hours. If approved, the charge is captured and you will receive a confirmation SMS with a link to sign the rental agreement. If declined, the hold is released immediately and you are never charged.

Yes — and we encourage it! After completing your booking, you will see an option to photograph and upload your driver's license and insurance card. Customers who do this earn a Fast Pickup badge and can skip the paperwork step at the lot, getting on the road faster.

Contact us as soon as possible by phone or text. If the trailer has not yet been approved, we can decline the hold at no charge. For approved bookings, cancellation policy depends on how close to the rental date you cancel — please call us to discuss.
